Authorities appeal for witnesses after girl drowns at Footscray Park

Cops are getting in touch with witnesses to come forward after a young child drowned in a park pond in Melbourne’s west previously this year. The three-year-old lady was discovered unresponsive in the pond south of the primary experience play area at Footscray Park right before 3pm on June 30. She was hurried to health center however
